The deceased Army personnel have been identified as Lieutenant Rishi Kumar and Sepoy Manjit Singh. Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that an Army domination patrol was on routine patrolling in Kalal LoC forward area of Nowshera in Rajouri when the explosion took place. Two Army personnel including a Lieutenant and a Sepoy were killed in an explosion, they said, adding that another personnel, who suffered critical injuries is undergoing treatment.
